Keith Bohné

My love for two wheels began at the age of five when I got my first dirt bike. Since then, the thrill of riding has been a constant in my life. I grew up racing Enduro and Hare Scrambles on dirt bikes and honing freestyle skills on BMX bikes. My journey into mountain biking started in 1986 with a Murray Clunker, and by the early ’90s, I was competing in Trials and XC races. In 2006, I ventured into BMX racing, quickly advancing to the Expert Class, where I had the privilege of lining up alongside legends of the sport.

Riding is more than a passion—it’s a lifestyle. Whether I’m tackling steep, slick trails or exploring new terrain across the country, I thrive on the challenges and joys of being on two wheels. Among all the places I’ve ridden, Snowshoe, WV, and Windrock, TN, hold a special place in my heart.

Currently, I compete in BMX Expert Class, Masters Enduro, and Cat 2-3 Downhill. As a PMBIA Level 3 Mountain Bike Instructor and an Instructor Trainer for Ninja Mountain Bike Performance, I’m deeply passionate about sharing my skills and knowledge with other riders. I’m also the proud owner of Two Wheels on Dirt LLC and a partner in St. Matthews Cycling, a bike shop in Louisville, KY.

My goal is to help riders of all levels develop confidence and skill on the bike while fostering a deeper connection to the trail, the bike, and the joy of riding.

Deb Ice

Deb grew up in Northwest Indiana, embracing her adventurous spirit as a tomboy, always chasing her brother and cousins. A lifelong athlete with a passion for competition, she earned her degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from the University of Louisville. Deb began her career in corporate fitness at Yum Brands World Headquarters and later transitioned into coaching as the Women’s Track & Field Jump Coach at the University of Louisville. This early experience set the stage for over 15 years of coaching, mentoring not only her children but hundreds of young athletes through Holy Spirit School, Revolution Development, and Blairwood Tennis & Fitness.

Deb’s commitment to learning and growth is evident in her impressive array of certifications, including Strength Training, TRX, Group Fitness, Personal Training, Yoga Fitness, Indoor Cycling, Senior Power, Tabata Training, Wilderness First Aid, PMBIA Level 2 Trail (and Drops), and NICA Level 1.

After recovering from a serious accident that kept her off the bike for months, Deb became deeply passionate about mastering proper mountain bike skills and techniques, not only for herself but to help others ride confidently and safely. She thrives on technical trails and relishes a good uphill challenge.

Deb’s diverse cycling background includes being a two-time Ironman finisher and competing in Road and Cyclocross racing. She’s also an experienced trainer, designing customized programs for individuals and teams. Off the trails, she teaches fitness classes, leads local group rides, and has built a robust biking program for kids under 10. She also founded a women’s-only mountain bike group in Louisville, fostering a supportive community for female riders.

Her love for biking extends across all age groups, including her volunteer work with Out & About Kentucky, where she takes elderly individuals on bike rides. As the owner of Full Circle 502 Coaching, Deb is dedicated to promoting cycling as a lifelong sport and helping more people experience the joy and freedom of being on two wheels.
